Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. Creating Better Together Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings.

Our Approach

• Voluntary Disclosure: Although Creating Better Together Limited does not meet the statutory turnover threshold for a mandatory statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we provide this voluntary statement to demonstrate our commitment to ethical supply chains.

• Supply Chain Vigilance: We primarily procure professional services and software. We expect the same high standards from all our contractors and suppliers.

• Risk Assessment: We regularly review our business operations and supply chains to identify any potential risks of human trafficking or forced labour.

• Reporting: Should any team member or associate suspect modern slavery within our network, they are encouraged to report it to the Directors immediately without fear of retaliation.

We are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, both physically and mentally. As a modern consultancy, we believe that wellbeing is the foundation of high-quality collaborative work.

Our Commitments

• Remote and Flexible Working: We ensure that our working environments—whether home-based or on-site with clients—are risk-assessed for safety. We encourage ergonomic setups to prevent strain and injury.

• Mental Health and Wellbeing: We promote a culture where mental health is prioritised. We encourage "digital sunsets," regular breaks, and open dialogue between directors and associates to prevent burnout.

• Client Site Safety: When working on-site, we commit to adhering strictly to the health and safety protocols of our client organisations and expect our associates to do the same.

• Risk Management: We take a proactive approach to identifying hazards, including travel safety and the long-term health impacts of sedentary digital work.
