My Path
My Path
My career began with a hard hat and a drawing board as an apprentice Civil Engineer. Over three decades, that journey took me through the technical 'grit' of global delivery to leading digital design teams across five countries.
I have lived the complexity of high-stakes projects. But my greatest discovery wasn’t a technical one. It was the realisation that even the most successful leaders often struggle to find what makes them feel strong.
In 2015, I reached a crossroads. I realised that while I loved building infrastructure, my true passion was building the people behind it. I transitioned from designing structures to acting as a Wayfinder and Architect of Potential for the leaders and teams who build our world.
